Check out the story of the Bengaluru Service Jam 2018, where over 50 Bangaloreans came together to explore ways to build services, using design and a playful mindset. We share how we ran the jam, the journey our jammers took and what we learned from planning a jam of this size. The story was created through a handy web tool called Wakelet, inspired by the Dundee Service Jam.

The historic cities of Calcutta and Jaipur reach out to you with such stories that are impossible to ignore. Bengaluru Service Jam 2017 #GSJam

Global Service Jam is an international design event where people from various backgrounds (jammers) meet at locations around the world (jam-sites). They then work together in small teams for 48 hours to prototype solutions around a shared global theme. Jams create a unique, fun, fast paced, high energy learning environment for anyone interested in exploring a creative approach to problem solving, service design and customer experience.
